Brandy's Creek Aussies

When Stephanie brought this idea to my attention last week, I was so excited. I'm such a dog person, and have two border collies at home myself. She said she wanted me to photograph 12 Aussies total, but I was unsure what to expect until I got there. Come to find out, Stephanie has 24 total, 12 of which are newborn puppies. I was to photograph the big dogs, but was able to snap a few of the littles - and of course snuggle a few, too!

This is her teacup Aussie, Phoebe. I mean oh. my. gosh. And her eyes are different colors. This is actually a common thing in Aussies.

Those milky blue eyes are so beautiful.

This is Lacey. She's 15 years old and still running around with the kiddos.

And the big guy down here is Max. He's 60 pounds of pure love.

And he looooooves to play.

Roxy is another beauty.

I was having a hard time keeping up with all the names while I was there, but Steph knows them all by heart. I guess it's a gift.

She even knows all the puppies' names! For example, this is Rosie. I'm not sure of the name of the one below her, but they were the only two I was able to photograph well because the others were in too much sunlight.

These are mini Aussie puppies, and they're currently for sale! Contact Brandy's Creek Aussies to claim yours today!

Towards the end of our session, Stephanie brought out these last two. Of course, I can't remember their names, but they were so funny. They were actually scared of me and my camera. Most of their photos were of Stephanie holding onto them and petting them because they wouldn't sit still.

Lastly, the two goats that followed me around the place needed photographing. So here we are. One was obsessed with me; one was unimpressed. I'll let you figure out which is which.

It was a great session, and Stephanie and I vibed so well that she hired me to design the logo for her rebranding. Here's a rough draft sneak peek of what I've worked on so far:
